Trouble Shooting

.pydevproject

아래 GOOGLE_APP_ENGINE 경로가 OS마다 다르게 세팅되어야 한다. 한 플랫폼에서 작성하던 프로젝트를 다른 운영체제에서 정상적으로 가져오기 위해서는 아래 항목을 적절하게 수정해주면 된다.

NotImplementedError: Unable to find the Python PIL library

images.resize 함수를 사용할 때 PIL(Python Image Library)가 없으면 아래와 같이 에러가 발생한다. 이때는 PIL을 설치해줘야 한다.

NotImplementedError: Unable to find the Python PIL library. Please view the SDK documentation for details about installing PIL on your system.

• Uninstall your PIL

• Download the latest libjpeg from here: http://www.ijg.org/files/jpegsrc.v7.tar.gz

    $ tar zxvf jpegsrc.v7.tar.gz
    $ cd jpeg-7
    $ ./configure --enable-shared --enable-static
    $ make
    $ sudo make install
  

• Download PIL from here: http://effbot.org/downloads/Imaging-1.1.6.tar.gz

• $ tar zxvf Imaging-1.1.6.tar.gz
  $ cd Imaging-1.1.6
  

• Edit setup.py, set JPEG_ROOT = libinclude(“/usr/local”)
• Build and setup $ python setup.py build $ sudo python setup.py install –optimize=1
• Restart eclipse if you are using it. Done!
